These terms and conditions of the Site("Terms") govern use of the Site and are a binding contract between Company, the Site owner and you, the user. By accessing, browsing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The services that are being provided by Company vide the Site are subject to the conditions as mentioned herein.
Disclaimer Notice:
1- Buying a franchise is a serious undertaking. Take time to decide. We recommend you take advice from a lawyer, accountant and franchise consultant experienced in franchising before you commit yourself.
2- Our Organization informs you that we do not charge any kind of commission for getting a franchise. Nor does the company have any agent. The decision to take a franchise will be your independent decision. You and your professional advisors should make your own independent enquiries to satisfy yourself as to all aspects of any particular franchise business or opportunity.
Ligibility to use the services
1- You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and are fully able and competent to understand and agree the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.
2- Compliance with Laws. You are in compliance with all laws and regulations in the country in which you live when you access and use the Services. You agree to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law, and in a manner that does not violate our legal rights or those of any third party(ies).

6- We are not responsible for the transaction that takes place between the investors and franchisors listed on the Site. It is being reiterated that all the franchisor(s) and investor(s) listed on the Site are purely for information purposes and represent neither endorsement nor recommendation of such companies by Company.
Obligations:
1- You agree to accord respect to other users of the Site and not to interfere with their legitimate use of the Site and our services.
2- You agree to indemnify us against all costs, claims, liabilities, demands or expenses incurred as a result of any breach of these Terms by you.
3- We reserve the right to block your access to the Site or delete your user account at any time at our absolute discretion.
4- 18% GST is applicable on all the transactions that take place with regards to dotcom service. The paid activation of the account will happen on the realization of the cheque and the paid client will have access to the details of the investors. In case of any changes to be made in your account, the information shall to be mailed to us by you for the changes to be brought.
5- The Company will have the right to change the advertising rates at any given point of time, without notice.
6- All advertising material (collectively "Advertisement") supplied by advertiser to the Company should either be owned by or be legally authorized for use by the Advertiser. The Advertisement must not be obscene, offensive or unlawful in any manner and should not contravene any applicable laws, rules and/or regulations.
7- The Company will take every reasonable precaution to upload the information, as supplied by the Advertiser, in the print publication / website. However, the Company will not be responsible in case of any errors or omissions. But company is committed to edit/correct the errors or omissions as and when the same is communicated by the Advertiser in writing wherever changes are possible.
Refund Policy:
1- A minimum of 65 days cancellation notice before event is required to be given; in the absence of the same, no refund will be processed. Annual package deals will not be a part of this.
2- Cheque payments will be refunded via cheque, payable to the person or organization named on the original cheque presented for payment.
3- Credit Card payments will be refunded to the original credit card presented for payment.
Variation:
1-We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
